Bloody CBT Needling – Deep Testicle Penetration
This one’s intense from the start. A mature, obese white guy sits on a bathroom stool and starts piercing his scrotum with sharp objects. He uses a red string and scissors to push through the skin, and later switches to a black object, driving it deep. The close-up shots are dim but clear enough to catch every grimace and drop of blood. He even injects something into his balls with a syringe, which is probably the most hardcore part. By the end, he’s manipulating his scrotum with his hands, looking exhausted but determined. Definitely not for the faint-hearted.
